Michael Connolly joined Alpha as an Analyst in fall of 2026. His role includes market research, investor targeting, earnings preparation, and financial analysis. Prior to joining Alpha, Michael interned at Caprae Capital, where he evaluated lower-middle-market acquisition opportunities, conducted financial and market analysis, and supported due diligence across prospective investments. He also developed valuation analyses and investment materials used to assess potential transactions. Michael graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a B.B.A. in Finance and a minor in Mathematics.
