Nick Teves joined Alpha as a Senior Analyst in early 2023. Nick’s role includes market research and intelligence, investor targeting, earnings preparation, and financial analysis. Before joining Alpha, Nick worked as a Credit Analyst and Account Executive at LendSure Mortgage Corp, where his primary responsibilities included financial modeling and underwriting for real estate investments, market analysis, and risk analysis. Nick graduated from Gettysburg College in May of 2021, receiving a B.A in Economics with a minor in Business Management.
