Jessica Phillips

Jessica joined Alpha in August of 2025. Her role includes market research and intelligence, investor targeting, earnings preparation, and financial analysis. Prior to Alpha, she worked as an intern managing the University of Illinois Chicago’s endowment fund. In this position, she conducted performance and risk analysis, including attribution, factor exposure, valuation, and scenario testing. She also performed market research on macroeconomic indicators and sector trends, and contributed to developing presentations and pitch materials. Jessica holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance with a minor in international business from the University of Illinois Chicago, where she also was a Division 1 Swimmer. She earned her Master’s in Finance from University of Illinois Chicago.
